A4. Adopting IISTD Action Plan for (a) Muslim-Majority and

(b) Muslim-Minority Countries Besides USA: Islamizing

Higher Secular and Pseudo-Islamic Education Systems

IISTD Plan of Action for USA may be adapted all over the world by individuals, academic institutions, Islamic organizations and government agencies to suit their personal, institutional and national conditions. Following a Hadith/Saying of Prophet Muhammad, al-ilm bit-ta`llum, "Knowledge/education is by self-learning", a college student or instructor must teach himself or herself one's discipline from the Islamic point of view BESIDES the secularized according to the IISTD Plan; an instructor should undertake Islamic discipline-oriented research and publications, and teach at least in informal settings. God's laws of physics and chemistry, psychology and economics, are khalq Allah ( creation of God ), ayat Allah ( signs of God ) and Sunnah ( Tradition ) of God. Therefore, there is no escape from Islamization of knowledge and its application; we may muddle through and suffer due to secularized ( kafirized ) knowledge, but we will be held accountable also in the Hereafter: "Indeed, the din ( way ) with God is Islam ...". "And if one seeks a din other than Islam, it will not be accepted from him, and in the life to come he shall be among the losers." ( Quran 3:19, 85 ).
